The task force who have been studying the role of a specialist in adult critical care have observed that job analysis results support the development of a new credentialing program. NBRC Trustees decided during their meeting in November to proceed with test development. Activities in 2010 will include development of full-length practice and self-assessment examinations. The first RRT Examinations (Written RRT and Clinical Simulation) based on new content outlines will be implemented as of January 1, 2010.
