NBRC Working Remotely

While the world continues to face a global health crisis, ware striving to ensure you continue to receive the high level of support you have come to know from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).

Our executive office is located in the Kansas City Metro area. To comply with our city’s 30-day stay-at-home order, but more importantly, to do our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19, NBRC employees are now working remotely from home. We are proud of our team who proactively began planning for this possibility weeks ago, which has ensured a seamless transition for our employees and ultimately for you, our practitioners.

Although things may be very different on our end, you should notice little to no difference when contacting us or utilizing the practitioner portal. If you should experience any hiccups in service, please be patient and understand we are working daily to ensure you continue to get the information and answers you need.

  • You may continue to reach our Customer Care Specialists at 913.895.4900 or via email at nbrc-info@nbrc.org with all your credentialing needs and questions.
  • Due to our office closure, we cannot receive paper mail at this time. The good news is that everything you would mail to us, you can do online through the practitioner portal. Our Customer Care Specialists stand ready to assist you if needed.
  • NBRC Policy Adjustments for COVID-19 can be found here.

We have the utmost faith in your ability to help lead us through this uncertain time, and we are doing our part (staying home) so that you may continue to do your part (saving and improving lives through better breathing!).
