Candidates and credentialed practitioners may request real-time help from one of our experienced Customer Care Team members by starting a LiveChat at nbrc.org. To start a LiveChat, look for the ‘Chat Now’ button located at either the top or bottom of the right side of the webpage. You’ll be asked to provide some basic information on an entry screen in order to start chatting such as the user’s name, email address and details about the question or need. When using LiveChat, please provide as much detail as possible so we can provide a quick and complete response.
Our knowledgeable Customer Care Team is available to assist with your credentialing needs through LiveChat on Monday – Friday during business hours. Website visitors can also easily send an email using the LiveChat functionality during off business hours.
